Our primary goal is to educate our clients about the overall conditions of the dwelling based on its age, materials, and our technical training and field experience.
We conduct a non-invasive, limited inspection of the property's features, components, and mechanical systems by normal operator controls. During the inspection and at its conclusion, we discuss our observations, whether of minor or major significance. Our reports include tips on maintenance, upgrades, safety and health related issues and concerns. Upon completion, the property conditions, feature components, and settings are restarted. For most home buyers, purchasing a home is typically the largest purchase of their lifetime and, therefore, attendance is strongly recommended.
